Summary

Pause blocks gambling websites in your browser. It sends nothing to us or to anyone else. It has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no remote code, and it makes no network requests of its own. We do not sell, rent or share data, and we have no server that receives data from the extension.

What the extension stores, and where

• Your block list: the sites you chose to block, and the built-in starter list that ships inside the extension.
• Removal requests: when you ask to remove a block, the time the request was made, so the extension can lift the block 24 hours later.

This is kept in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device. Uninstalling the extension deletes it. The extension does not read, record or store the pages you visit, your browsing history, or the content of any page.

Permissions, in plain words

declarativeNetRequest (tells the browser which sites to block; the extension never sees the pages), storage (keeps your block list and removal times on your device) and alarms (runs the 24-hour wait before a removal takes effect). The extension asks for no access to websites.

Links

The popup links to a gambling-help website (ncpgambling.org). The link opens only if you click it, and that site has its own privacy policy.

Children

The extension is not directed at children.

Your choices and rights

You can remove sites from the list at any time (a removal takes effect after 24 hours, by design), and uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored. For any privacy question, email brian@agentharbor.agency. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at the same URL with a new effective date before the changed extension version is released.
