Effective date: 26 October 2026. These terms are between you and Agent Harbor LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we"). Contact: brian@agentharbor.agency. By installing or using the add-on you accept them.

1. The service

AI-Ready SEO Functions adds spreadsheet functions and a bulk-audit sidebar to Google Sheets that check public web pages: HTTP status, AI-crawler rules in robots.txt, llms.txt, schema.org structured data and meta tags. Checks run on our audit service at watch.agentharbor.agency. Results describe what a page served when it was checked; they are information, not legal, compliance or business advice, and search engines and AI companies may treat a page differently from what the result suggests.

2. Plans and prices

• A lookup is one check of one URL. Repeat lookups of the same URL within 6 hours count once.
• In a shared spreadsheet, Google runs formulas with the file owner's add-on settings, so formulas count against the file owner's plan and daily lookups (or, if the owner has never opened the add-on, a free allowance for that file). The bulk sidebar and dialogs always use your own plan.
• Days run from 00:00 to 24:00 UTC. Unused lookups do not carry over.
• Polar calculates any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live and shows the total before you pay. There are no other fees.
• Agent Harbor LLC sells Pro through Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record. Google is not the seller and does not process payments.

3. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

• Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription.
• Cancel at any time from the Polar customer portal (linked in your receipt email) or by emailing us. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; you are not charged again.
• Refunds: if Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full.
• Your licence key is for you. Do not publish it or share it outside your organisation.

4. Fair use

Do not use the add-on to check sites in a way that breaks the law or another site's terms, to overload a site, or to get around the daily limits (for example by creating many install ids). We may suspend an install id or key that does so, after telling you why when we can.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. We may change or end features; if we end Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Google may change Sheets or Apps Script in ways that affect the add-on.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The add-on is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim about the add-on is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be limited.

8. Law

Washington State law governs these terms, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We will post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting; continuing to use the add-on after that means you accept them.
